The Ström 890 combines a powerful blank with fast tip recovery for fishing situations where line speed, fly size and control all matter.

Its heptagonal construction delivers strength without unnecessary weight, while the deep power reserve helps turn over large flies in demanding conditions.

A versatile 8wt, the 890 is equally suited to freshwater predators such as pike, saltwater species including bonefish and snook, and migratory fish such as sea trout and Atlantic salmon.

When conditions are tough and the flies are big, the 890 has the power to keep things under control.
